Miroslava is a well-known expert in international finance, with substantial experience in banking markets in the East and West. During her several decades in senior management positions she has acquired extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in export credit and development finance, winning professional recognition among both policy-making bodies, like OECD Export Credit Group, and members of the international business community. Miroslava was at the inception of the Czech Export Bank, a specialized institution for promoting Czech exports by means of financing with state support, and for 15 years successfully managed its business strategy and operations as a member of the Board and as Deputy General Director. Her wide network of senior contacts and expert reputation in Russia, the CIS and Eastern Europe, have constituted fundaments for the establishment in 2007 of IPIDC, where she currently holds the position of Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and Head of the IPIDC Board of International Partners.
Born in 1983, Prague. Vladimir garnered his experience in corporate and structured finance during his engagement in an international commercial financing institution. Since 2005 he has held a partner position in a financial advisory company focused on projects of energy generation and infrastructure investment within CEE and the CIS. He provides the IPIDC team with comprehensive project management skills, relationship support vis à vis financing institutions and knowledge of financial modeling skills. Currently, he is responsible for leading IPIDC teams active predominantly in financial structuring for sectors of industrial production, transport and social infrastructure. He is competent in the application of project finance and public-private partnership methodologies. Vladimir is able to provide professional and innovative support during the whole process of project/investment development. His language skills are a great contribution to efficient communication with relevant parties.
Born in Elista, Russia. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics the University of Finance and Administration, program Business Management and Corporate Finance, and the program of Accounting, Analysis and Audit of the Russian University of Cooperation and the Kalmyk State College of Economics and Finance. Delgir is an external analyst in IPIDC since 2010, gathered hers experience in the sphere of Russian and International accounting during hers engagement in an international companies in Russia, and subsequently successfully applies it in financing consulting sector. Primarily she analyzes the financial performance of economic entities and their investment projects, and develops the financial models for project finance.
Born in Kiev, Ukraine. Galina has an extensive experience in business law, international arbitration, management of international legal team, evidence and testimonies. Legal defense strategy development and implementation in international and national trial and arbitration proceedings. Having a
background in international business law and a minor in business valuation dealt with implementation of the Group strategy in project management of EPC projects, risk assessment, process controlling and risk management within project management.
