Mrs. Miroslava Hrncirova, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ms. Miroslava Hrncirova is a well-known expert in the area of international finance, with high expertise in building up business on both western and eastern financial markets. She was at the start of Czech Export Bank, a specialized institution for promoting Czech exports by means of financing with state support, and for 15 years successfully managed its business strategy and operations, in the capacity of a Member of the Board and Deputy General Director. Bringing a wide network of senior contacts and high expert reputation in Russia, the CIS countries, and Eastern Europe, in 2007, she initiated the concept of setting up the IPIDC, where she currently holds the position of the Chairperson of Supervisory Board, and the Head of IPIDC International Senior Partners´ Advisory Board. 

Mr. Sergey Malkov, Member of the Board of Directors

Born in 1974.Sergey Malkov graduated with honors from the Helsinki University of Technology in 2002. He has a Doctor Degree in Pulp and Paper Technology and completed a number of Executive programs in business administration and international business. Professional experience: 2002 – Development Manager at Andritz Oy, from 2007 – Director, Strategy, at Investlesprom. In 2012 founded Makorus LLC. Sergey has vast experience in planning, designing, and implementation of large-scaled projects.

Mr. Viacheslav Sheloputov, Member of the Board of Directors

Born in1982. Graduated from State University of Management in 2004, majoring in “Management”. Diploma qualification: “Manager with foreign language knowledge”. Earned his Ph.D. in Economics in 2008. He was the Head of
the Directorate of Development and Optimization of Business Processes at the Materials and Equipment Department of Oil Company Rosneft OJSC in 2013. Since 2013, being the Deputy Director
of the Management Consulting Department of REGION Investment Company CJSC, he was involved
in the elaboration of a concept, structuring and improvement of the direct investments business-branch
of REGION Group. Currently he is the Director General of Long Term Investments LLC, an investment company managing the portfolio of direct investments projects amounting to approximately
EUR 1.5 bln. assets in various industries.

Viacheslav has great experience in the field of strategic and operational management, conducting M&A transactions, structuring and fund raising.

Mr. Pavel Shadrin, Member of the Board of Directors

Shadrin Pavel, Member of the Board of Directors

Was born in 1981. In 2001 graduated from the Institute of International Economic Relations with a degree in economics. In 2002 graduated from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation with a degree in global economy. Has more than 15 years of experience in the field of investment analysis, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and economy in such companies as PJSC Gazprom, VTB Capital, Private direct investments Fund (PPF, I. Yakovlev), consulting company Ligerion Group.

At present time - Deputy General Director in Long-Term Investments LLC, an investment company managing a portfolio of direct investment projects with an investment volume of about 1.5 billion euros in various industries.

Mr. Igor Ruchyov, Member of the Board of Directors

Was born in 1983. Graduated from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Financing and Crediting, has completed the Executive MBA program at the Chicago Business School.

Has more than 13 years of experience in the development of enterprise management and business management strategies, participated in mergers and acquisitions and investment management, worked for such companies as EY (Ernst & Young), Deloitte, private direct investments Fund «Frame Investment Management».

Currently, Igor works in Long-term investments LLC as а Director of the Division, in charge of investments in the industrial sector, including timber industrya senior manager and supervises investments in the timber industry.
